Актуальность представленного исследования определяется тем, что в современных условиях Российской Федерации, осложненных геополитэкономическими проблемами, включая ведение Западом масштабной гибридной войны против нашей страны, объективно возрастает настоятельность наращивания ее международной конкурентоспособности во всех сферах, и, в первую очередь в технологической. Не случайно достижение технологического лидерства стало одной из семи национальных целей на период до 2030-го года и на перспективу до 2036-го года. Целью представленных исследований является выявление проблем повышения международной конкурентоспособности Российской Федерации и определение на этой основе путей достижения технологического лидерства страны. Научная новизна полученных результатов заключается в выявлении ключевых проблем повышения международной конкурентоспособности Российской Федерации и определение на этой основе путей достижения технологического лидерства страны, связанных с необходимостью интенсификации развития технологий III-го, IV-го, V-го, VI-го и VII-го технологических укладов в многоукладной экономике. Практическая значимость полученных результатов заключается в возможности их использования при формировании комплексных стратегических планов повышения международной конкурентоспособности Российской Федерации, включая достижение технологического лидерства страны.

Nowadays, the Russian Federation has a lot of geopolitical and economic challenges, including the West's large-scale hybrid war, the urgency of enhancing its international competitiveness in all areas, particularly in technology. Therefore, achieving of the technological leadership is the one of the seven national goals for the period up to 2030 and for the long term up to 2036. The objective of this research is to consider the challenges of increasing the Russian Federation international competitiveness and identify ways to achieve technological leadership. The scientific novelty of the research involves identifying key challenges in enhancing the international competitiveness of the Russian Federation and ways to achieve technological leadership for the country. Moreover, it concerns with the development of technologies of the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th technological paradigms in a multi-structured economy. The results have their potential use in developing comprehensive strategic plans to enhance the international competitiveness of the Russian Federation, including achieving technological leadership.
