В статье рассматриваются проектно-методические аспекты формирования новых архитипов современной архитектуры в исторической среде при условиях её реконструкции-регенерации. Приводится анализ основных исходных -базисных ситуаций-состояний исторической среды, которые определяют различные регламентные и методические подходы к композиционным решениям как отдельных новых зданий и сооружений в сложившейся застройке, так и к формированию градостроительной композиции в целом. Предлагаются ситуативные методы решения архитектурного облика нового строительства в исторической среде с определёнными архитипическими характеристиками.

The paper discusses the design and methodological aspects of forming new types of modern architecture in the historic environment when it is being reconstructed and regenerated. The paper analyzes the main basic and initial situations and states of the historic environment. They determine various regulatory and methodological approaches to composing both separate new buildings and structures in the existing development, and to forming urban composition in general. The paper aims to propose situational solutions to architectural appearance of new construction in the historic environment with certain features of architecture types.
