The third part of the paper presents the result of the analysis of the use of infographic models developed in the first and second parts. The models in this article are attributed to the process of formation of sustainable development of the territory by a modern university in the process of organizing the implementation of national projects of Russia for the purposes of integrated development of construction and the economy of the Russian Federation. The consistency of the university's development goals with the program of implementation of national projects will allow to harmonize the interaction of all economic agents of the territory's economy focused on its sustainable development.
