Izuchaetsya vozmozhnost' ispol'zovaniya opticheskoy emissionnoy spektroskopii, v kotoroy v kachestve istochnika vozbuzhdeniya sluzhit dielektricheskiy bar'ernyy razryad, realizuemyy na eksperimental'noy ustanovke so slyudyanoy plastinoy «Partsko» (chastota 1 50 kGc, napryazhenie na elektrodah 3-5 kV) dlya diagnostiki i kontrolya soderzhaniya zagryaznyayuschih veschestv i, v chastnosti, metallov v vodoemah estestvennogo proishozhdeniya. Dannyy fiziko-himicheskiy metod yavlyaetsya innovacionnym i perspektivnym dlya identifikacii i analiza istochnikov zagryazneniya metallami stochnyh vod ot promyshlennyh predpriyatiy, organizaciy sel'skogo hozyaystva, bytovyh ob'ektov i transportnoy infrastruktury.
