ACETYLATION OF HERACLEUM SOSNOWSKYI MANDEN AS A LOCAL CONTROL METHOD TO PREVENT ITS EXPANSION

Abstract (English):
V dannoy rabote predlozhen odin iz sposobov bor'by s agressivnym invazivnym rasteniem borschevik Sosnovskogo Heracleum sosnowskyi Manden, isklyuchayuschiy opasnyy kontakt soka etogo rasteniya s kozhnym pokrovom cheloveka. Etot sposob osnovan na provedenii in'ekciy 6%-m yablochnym uksusom v optimal'nyh ob'emah v stebel' rasteniya do ego plodonosheniya. Provedenie in'ekcii v poluyu chast' steblya vyzyvaet v techenie 48 chasov polnyy nekroz nazemnoy chasti rasteniya, kotoryy podvergalsya kontaktu s pischevym yablochnym uksusom. Pri etom acetirovanie yavlyaetsya isklyuchitel'no selektivnym processom, harakternym tol'ko dlya borschevika Sosnovskogo, i ne okazyvaet negativnyh ekologicheskih posledstviy, nablyudaemyh pri primenenii glifosata, imidazolinina, sul'fonilmocheviny i drugih izvestnyh gerbicidov. Dlya podtverzhdeniya isklyuchitel'noy selektivnosti deystviy in'ekciy na borschevik v rabote pokazano, chto in'ekcii 6%-go yablochnogo uksusa ne deystvuyut na pustotelye stebli osota ogorodnogo Sónchus oleráceus. Otmecheno, chto in'ekcii vody v stebli oboih vidov sravnivaemyh rasteniy ne privodyat k otmiraniyu ih nazemnoy chasti. Metodami vysokoeffektivnoy zhidkostnoy hromatografii pokazano, chto v steblyah posle in'ekciy 6%-m yablochnym uksusom cherez 48 chasov nablyudaetsya inducirovannyy rost soderzhaniya furanokumarinov kak otvetnoy reakcii na opasnyy dlya rasteniya razdrazhitel', soderzhanie ksantotoksina uvelichilos' v 1,7 raza.
