Poliuretan-poliizocianuratnye (PIR) penoplasty segodnya shiroko ispol'zuyutsya v kachestve konstrukcionnyh i teploizolyacionnyh materialov. Katalizatory trimerizacii izocianata, ispol'zuemye pri sinteze dannyh pen, obladayut dovol'no nizkoy selektivnost'yu po otnosheniyu k processu obrazovaniya izocianurata. Kak sledstvie, v ramkah processa sinteza PIR pen protekaet suschestvennoe kolichestvo ne tol'ko celevyh (pervichnyh), no i pobochnyh (vtorichnyh) himicheskih processov. Pri pomoschi razrabotannyh na osnove metoda vnutrennego standarta metodik ocenena zavisimost' rashoda izocianatnyh grupp na obrazovanie osnovnyh pervichnyh i vtorichnyh produktov ot izocianatnogo indeksa kompozicii. Vyyavleno, chto s povysheniem izocianatnogo indeksa konversiya izocianata v izocianurat suschestvenno snizhaetsya. Issledovano vliyanie tipa ispol'zuemogo katalizatora trimerizacii na himicheskiy sostav i prochnostnye harakteristiki PIR penoplastov. Pokazano, chto katalizatory na osnove organicheskih soley schelochnyh metallov yavlyayutsya bolee selektivnymi po otnosheniyu k processu trimerizacii izocianata, chem tretichnye aminy i proizvodnye chetvertichnyh ammonievyh osnovaniy.
poliuretan-poliizocianuratnye penoplasty, trimerizaciya izocianata, vtorichnye himicheskie reakcii, konversiya izocianata v izocianurat, ostatochnyy izocianat, allofanat, karbodiimid, prochnost' na szhatie
