Formation of a model for assessing the contribution of labor to the economic result of business activities
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The relevance of the presented study is determined by the fact that in the modern post-industrial era, the contribution of intellectual labor to the creation of added value is increasing, which is manifested in the rapid development of the knowledge economy, also known as the creative economy (industry). It is necessary to take into account that intellectual labor, generating new knowledge, as a resource is characterized by the absence of potential limitations, and as a product, on the one hand, has no logistical limitations, and, on the other hand, having an intangible form, it is quite difficult to measure, which entails problems in establishing a fair level of remuneration by the employer, and determining the taxable base and regulating production processes by public administration systems, as well as a number of other problems. The specified trend is an increase in the contribution of intellectual labor to the creation of added value, which naturally requires adequate consideration of the contribution of various components of labor to the economic result of the economic activity of companies. The purpose of the presented study is to develop models that take into account the assessment of the contribution of labor components to the economic result of business activities. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the fact that in the work, based on the analysis of key areas of research carried out within the framework of labor economics as a science, the basic characteristics of knowledge as a production resource and commodity and the composition of the main factors of production in the development of the Cobb-Douglas production function model, a model is proposed that describes the dependence of the volume of production of products, taking into account the contribution of all factors of production, including: capital costs; production opportunities provided by the land used; invested entrepreneurial abilities; contribution of information; costs of physical labor; contribution of intellectual labor. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in expanding the possibilities of analyzing various factors of production on the economic results of business activities, as well as using the proposed theoretical model in constructing empirical dependencies of the production function, taking into account the contribution of all six main factors of production currently under consideration.
